No, (The Current U.S. Prime Rate) is 3.25%
The new financial stimulus package is in effect right now. But, it is helping three major banks right now, and two auto giants (GM, Chrysler).

- Is it true that the Prime Rate is 1/4 %. If that is so, how do you think that it will help homeowners during Obama Presidency? Will a new financial stimulus package help the real estate market when it goes into effect?
